Delivery Expectations

information, if you have any questions or would like to speak to a

us.

Our delivery service may be limited due to geographical location and courier availability, especially in some areas. We are unable to deliver to the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and Northern Ireland; however, please contact us as we may be able to accommodate specific requests. If you want to have our products delivered to these areas, please contact our delivery service before placing your order. We will generate a delivery quote based on the products you need. Furthermore, please be advised that delivery to certain places may take up to 3-4 weeks, which exceeds our typical delivery schedule of 7-10 working days.

Delivery Day

On the specified delivery day, you will be notified of your expected delivery window between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. To ensure your convenience, the delivery drivers will notify you 30 minutes before their arrival.

If you have chosen any of the premium construction and packaging removal services, our courier will require unobstructed and secure access to your property.

If this is not possible and our trusted delivery partners are unable to access your home or garden, all deliveries will be made to the front of the house, sometimes known as a 'kerbside' delivery. If you are not present on the scheduled delivery day, a repeat delivery fee may apply.

Our standard delivery process excludes item setup and assembly, as well as the disposal of packaging materials. If such services are necessary, please select our Package Removal or Platinum Delivery options.

It is critical to understand that if you have selected a'safe spot' for delivery, you are responsible for any loss or damage that occurs after the delivery has taken place at that site.

Delivery Options:

Free Delivery

We provide FREE Delivery to most places across the UK mainland, with the exception of select portions of Scotland.

Our free option includes door/kerbside. We use a mix of courier and in house delivery depending on the item. You will also receive a text/email when to expect them. If you reside in a distant area, it is your duty to contact us and confirm that we can deliver to your provided address before placing an order.

Packaging removal is not included in this service.

Packaging Removal

Our team can deliver directly to your garden and even remove your packing; spare yourself a trip to the tip and let us do the work! You will also receive a call from your delivery driver 30 minutes before they come, letting you know when to expect them. This service is currently only available on dining furniture sets and in house delivery. Couriers can not remove the packaging.

Assembly is not included in this service.

Premium Furniture Assembly

With our premium furniture service our team can bring your order directly to your garden, assemble your new garden furniture sets, and even remove your packaging; spare yourself a trip to the tip and let us do the heavy lifting! You will also receive a call from your delivery driver 30 minutes before they come, letting you know when to expect them.

Weekend Delivery

If you would like delivery on a weekend please contact before placing a order.

Restrictions and Delivery Terms

We are unable to provide a timed delivery service. Due to traffic situations or any other unexpected event. We will however call and update you 30 min before delivery.

A second delivery fee will be charged if nobody is home to receive delivery on the scheduled delivery date.

There could be a second delivery fee if the courier is unable to complete the delivery.

If you need to postpone your delivery, you must do so with at least 24 hours’ notice.

We charge our delivery fees for cancelled or unplanned purchases while they are in transit.

Only ground level locations are accepted for delivery; residences or gardens are off limits to couriers.

No telephone calls can be made by couriers before they deliver your goods.

To ensure that your delivery can be made, kindly make sure the couriers have appropriate access.

There could be a second delivery fee if the courier is unable to complete the delivery.
