Refund policy
Changed your mind? No problem we have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We request that you return items tracked or recorded, since we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged items in transit. If you prefer, we can arrange for returns to be collected by our courier; however, please be aware that we are not responsible for return postage costs, which must be covered by you, the customer.

Please note:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Until the items are back at our warehouse, they are your responsibility. If they are returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we will reject the return and it will be sent back to you without a refund. All items that have been subject to our assembly service and/or premium delivery will only receive a refund on the goods, no refunds will be given on either of these services.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on special orders, sale items or clearance items. Home assembly services and premium deliveries are also non refundable.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
